For not being Dubya? Yeah, essentially. Of course, you could argue that electing a member of a country's most oppressed minority to its presidency is a sign of tremendous progress towards harmony, tolerance and, yes, peace. If there had been a Nelson Mandela or Jimmy Carter waiting in the wings, I'd have had a problem with Obama getting it. But they both - although long overdue - had already won.
