Binary logic does not accurately map reality. In such logic, any statement may only be evaluated as either 'true' or 'false'. Jain seven-fold logic is much closer to observed reality. Any statement can be evaluated as maybe true and/or maybe false and/or maybe unknowable, giving a total of seven possible states. I like to add two more terms, maybe trivial and/or maybe irrelevant, for a total of 31 states.
ObTopic: A preference for lies or truth is irrelevant. Messages transmitted and/or received themselves fall in the 31-fold realm and may contain elements of truth, falsity, unknowability, triviality, and irrelevance. Scum like Rush Limbo and Don Tromp often take a kernel of truth and overlay it with layers of specious bullshit. You receive the whole 31-fold package in one steaming plop-pie. Want to call it truth OR lies? Rotsa ruck.
