Which gift that you got is your favorite?

Soon all the gifts will be opened. Which is your favorite?

I know just about everything I'm getting anyway, even if we don't open gifts until tonight. My favorite will be a ring. There's an antique ring in the family that my mom has worn for probably 20 years and my grandma for 20 years before that. It was purchased by a great great aunt of mine in the early 1900's. It doesn't have much monetary value, and even needs repairs to the band. But there is a lot of sentimental value to it because of the ties to the women who have worn it before me. My mom told me she is giving it to me this year for Christmas!

My second favorite gift was a picture of a big red bow that I got this morning.

a painting (er picture) my nephew made for me. It will adorn my wall at work on Tuesday, my sister and mother got me a little frame for it so I can hang it on my wall.

Hey Cheyenne ... ok this is weird ... i was so torn to post this in your favorite gift thread or worse gift thread ... but i want to share it with you ... so hell i picked this one ... lol ...

yesterday b/f is getting all excited ... he wants me to open one of his gifts ... i keep saying no no let's wait ... but he insists ... almost pouting that i want to delay it ... lol ...

so i open it last night ... b4 i opened it though btw i kinda thought it would be a new vibrator ... cause one of mine broke recently lol ... one of my faves ... and he said he wanted me to open it privately between us ...

anyways, i take it out ... and it is way too huge ... lol ... i am not kidding ... i didn't know what to say ... it is very, very wide ... much wider than anything i have ever had ... i mean yikes ... and he bought all these extra batteries with it too lol ... i mean geez i love the idea but i just wish it was one or two sizes smaller ... lol ...

My in-laws got me a bread maker that I have been thinking about buying for a while now. I have a loaf baking right now.

I am taking a trip in Feb. to Vegas and Chicago, my husbands gift is going to be my plane ticket and each of my kids gave me $50 for gambling in Vegas, $150 total.

I cannot decide which of these gifts is my favorite.

The hug that my daughter gave me before she drifted off into that sweet slumber that only Christmas will bring. She's been so good today. She helped put together veggie trays, cheese/cracker trays. She spent a lot of the day with her uncle doing the "Santa Tracker" thing online. It was so great to see them spending some real time together, doing something fun.

Favorite Gift?

All four of the girls will be with us tonight at church, and tomorrow all day. They are really turning into neat, interesting peaple, and it is a kick to watch them interact as adults.

My Favorite gift this year is the hug that my 4 year old gave me as I dropped him off at his mother's...to hear a 4 year old say "Merry Christmas Daddy... go to bed early so Santa will come." did my heart good.

Two gifts actually...

This is going to sound rather goofy, weird, take your pick.

My Brother and his wife just paid for my next semesters tuition including labs.My jaw is still on the floor when they handed me the check. I think they want me to get into a safer line of work.

My Dad on he other hand gave me this nifty new toy to put on one of my pistols. They'r called Lasergrips, they look just like regular grips but they have a laser built into them. I can't wait to get them on the range tomorrow!

two of them actually. One was an ecard Christmas card that I found in my mail box this day. Thank you !!!

The other was a photo from my daughter (19 years old ) of her and I on Christmas day when she was three. It was simply matted and framed. She says that is the first Christmas she can remember with any clarity.

I love Christmas!

This morning my son woke me up- 6:30am, he'd obviously been awake and downstairs into the Santa gifts.. (smile) He said, "Momma! You won't believe all the stuff I got! C'mon, c'mere... pokemon stadium game, a football, (tugging my arms) and, and.. Sorry game, and .. Mooooooom, c'mon! hurry!" hehe Made my whole year.

My favorite gift has to be the one my coworker gave to me on Friday. It is a changepurse that she bought in Asia that is so cool. It has a leather pouch with a lid and two rings on the side that you pull open. It is the neatest thing!

My mom gave me a gold Pieta medal and chain. The medal was one of my dad's prized possessions, and she went to the local jeweler's and had it put on a beautiful gold chain for me. When I opened the box and saw how pretty it looked, I just started bawling my eyes out.
