Which door do I knock now?

Fellow authors, my first post here so please forgive me if this is in the wrong area. I posted a story on the 15th of this month and it is 26th. Previously, my work has been published in 2 days as it states in the Q/A area. I have tried to reach out via Feeback form but no answer. Is there an official door here that we authors can knock when we are locked out without response?

You can message Laurel, but she has previously posted to wait 15 days before doing anything other than wait. There appears to be a bug that causes some submissions to get stuck in Pending, but it could also be that it got flagged for closer review by Laurel and she just hasn't got to it yet.

My latest story sat in Pending for over 30 days previously. I pulled it, did another quick editing pass before resubmitting, and it was approved on day 15. During those 15 days, I had three other stories get approved. The shortest wait was about an hour, while the longest was a couple of days.
