As a recovering morbidly obese human just 4 years ago, I am way behind you fit mob.
However, I have done spin daily this year, 400+ miles in the legs already. A combination of core, back and biceps, chest and triceps and legs 6 days a week.
I did CrossFit in my basement this morning. I’m also a biker (3,000+ miles last year) and cross country skier (800+ kilometers so far this year). I really like exercising!
