I take it you're training indoors. There's a lot to be said for staying warm.
 
I did my workout already this morning. Glad to have it over for the day day. But I'm not opposed to doing extra workouts if the motivation is there.
 
just finished a 45 min ride on the Peloton before heading to the office. great workout and the instructors are great eye candy.
 
Circuit weight training this AM followed by 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical.
 
As a recovering morbidly obese human just 4 years ago, I am way behind you fit mob.

However, I have done spin daily this year, 400+ miles in the legs already. A combination of core, back and biceps, chest and triceps and legs 6 days a week.

So, I think I am doing alright.
