There's a sticky (a permanent thread) at the top of the Authors' Hangout called 'Welcome Authors! Please Read'. The last post on that is usually the annual list of contests. This one:

Of course, as authors we don't tend to read anything we're told to read, nor the FAQs.

Each contest is announced by Laurel in the Authors' Hangout. PennLady and I start support threads for those thinking of writing an entry for each themed contest. I started the one for Halloween yesterday, even though we have a few days more to enter the Summer Lovin' Contest.
