Well, rarely. I was sick yesterday, so I wasn't too motivated.
 
I'm jealous...I have never been able to balance on high heals. I wear flats. TMI but I told my husband that someday I was going to get a pair of high heals and just lay across the bed. You do the best you can with what you got.;)


Balance exercises at first, then walking practice in heels would get you there.


Basic 24 form Tai Chi would help with the balance part. Learn the forms, get moderately good at them, then close your eyes and try again. When you can do the full form with your eyes closed and not wobble or fall down, go try on a pair of stilettos and walk around in them in the store. Then surprise the hubs.

Do all the above first, of course. Then buy the shoes practice the forms IN THE HEELS. Then when you can do the forms without breaking a leg, wait for hubby to come from work; as he gets out of the car hit him with an underhanded pass with a football and head out acroos the front lawn with ONLY those heels on and tell him to hit ya with a pass.

Guarantee he will never laugh at your ability to balance again.
