Well, how about this... you chase him and he will run... for long periods of time. This will get you the work out you so desire and it will tire him out as well. Then when he is pooped you beat him up a bit... but not too much cause you gotta let him free. Then he will run some more and you will get another well deserved work out.

Then all will be happy and I won't feel bad cause you murdered him.

Naw. I'm into the old classics. I will say this though, ton for ton, there ain't nothing that cna touch the sweet thang in your av.
