But in years past? Make it so that the rules are a balance of CFL and NFL (ie: 3 down ball, but both feet have to be inbounds for a catch.. ect..) and I think you'd have a very equal match.

3 down ball is much more different stratagy wise than 4 down... It's kind of funny to see some Americans come up here having played ball down in the States, thinking they can walk in and play even better in the CFL .. and then struggle like hell to adapt the faster paced game.
