I needed to Google it but she is from a British soap opera.
Out of interest I find that Hollyoaks has no stories based on it, which in a way I suppose is a shame because there would be plenty of hot characters. Incidentally, Eastenders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale Farm all have multiple stories.
(My wife watches this shit, I can only notice what is going on!)
