When you leave chyoo.com permanently (or for long periods, like 6-months or a year), as a favor to the authors of your stories, please assign the sub-editor role in all your stories to someone you trust. Perhaps its the most frequent contributor, the one you think writes the best, or maybe the one that sticks to your artist vision the closest. This will keep your stories alive with someone to approve changes.
If sub-editor is too much power to give to someone over your story, then make the current writers trusted. Then at least they can keep the story alive.
