I find that this problem happens in real life also. Not just with women I flirt with, but with my male friends as well. They meet someone new, and suddenly, it's like you've lost a friend for a while. Then, when their new relationship loses its spark, they come back.

Look at it this way, you are a fun person full of spark. Lose a friend, and you are always guaranteed to find another. esp flirting buddies

Damn, don't I know that one well. There are a few women I talk to through Email, online, or on the phone, and they all know that nothing serious will ever become of our fun. Sure, I may meet them in person here and there, but they are just diversions. Having diversions are nice, it makes you appreciate what you have even more.
