We have to get everyone here first, then we can worry about keeping track of who is who.

I seem to be pretty easy to pick out of a crowd, so I'll just stand on a corner or in front of some store in a mall, and let people introduce themselves.

Two thoughts:

Dillinger is thinking in terms of renting a suite for a night for the actual meeeting. If he posts the Hotel and Room Number on the BB as soon as he knows them for sure, then all everyone has to do is got to that hotel and room, knock on the door, and say "Laurel Sent Me." (For those without internet access while in Las Vegas, I could also add the information to my answering machine message before I leave for the meeting.)

If everyone who is going will settle on an avatar for at least a month before the meeting, I can print all of the avatars on sticker paper, and use them as nametags. (avatars would print as 1.5 inch squares at 100 dpi or 2.0 inche squares at 75 dpi.) Boardnames could be included as well if everyone agreed.
