You've got it all wrong. They are going to "test" it on San Francisco but it lands on St. Petersburg. Well, we always knew Putin had that really understated sense of humor and the Chinese had just goosed this whole situation along so well ... I guess no one laughed harder than Chinese dictator Zing Dog Chow when 32 megatons of Moscow's finest came down on Shanghai.

Everybody knows North Korea would never INTENTIONALLY fire a nuke on San Francisco, it'd be a 'friendly fire' accident if it actually happened.
