For starters they don't seem to be performing worse than other teachers by enough to justify shit canning them. You could try to argue that the US school system is in shambles and it is because of people like you.

I would never want to be one

This is a HUGE problem in America. Teaching is not a prestigious job in this country. When a teacher in the US is something that people compete to be and not a dumping ground for people who aren't in the top 1% you're gonna keep getting poor schools.

When schools are something that we compete to keep relevant and are an important part of the neighborhood again we'll get better schools. You and yours in your rush to destroy "socialism" have created a system where our students, whom you refuse to invest in, aren't good enough to do the tech jobs so we have to hire people from around the world. They aren't smart enough to get into our colleges so again we have to get them from abroad.

Here's the real bitch of it. If Americans were doing those jobs Americans would be employed in higher paying jobs and we'd all be richer but you're more interested racing to the top that you forget that you can't do it alone. You simply can't if for no other reason than you can't be everywhere at once. Who's gonna work the cash registers at your store when the kids are finally too dumb to read and know which buttons to push? Who's gonna buy your product when they can't get a job anywhere?
