when does it become snuff?

Hi Guys,

I sent a story in and it was rejected because it was "more snuff then horror" It wasn't submitted to horror and the man and woman in the stroy seem to be on the way to living happily ever after at the end. How can that be snuff? Wouldn
t somebody have to die for it to be snuff?

Would have thought so but you have to recognize the need for the site to be very careful. Read it thru critically, get a few other people to take a look and read the submission guidelines again.

They are pretty broad-minded here unless you cross the line. There honestly isn't much of a market here for 'more snuff than horror'.

I really didn't think that I was even close to the line . I certainly didn't think that my story was across that line. I wish that you could read it and make your own judgement.

No, I've blocked nothing. Will go and check, but in the meantime, I'll PM my email and you can send the story direct avoiding the site.
