When did you all get so hot?

Had an odd experience today. So I'm at a conference, lot's of people in my field. Business casual is allowed so everyone is pretty relaxed. People I've worked with for years. Anyway, following lunch we're all getting back on our seats when one of my coworkers didn't notice her neighbor had left a cup full of water in her seat. She sits down, crushes the cup and get gets water all over her bum. She jumps up starts tugging on the bottom of her surprisingly thin dress, just making it cling to her bum and reveal she was wearing a g-string thong. She then swat at the area, not sure why, letting me see that type of minuscule ripple go across her cheek, indicating she had a very lovely behind.

My moment of piggishness over, I got her some paper towels and that was that. Though for that one moment it was like I was transferred back to my high school days of triggered arousal and became keenly aware of the fact that many of my coworkers are quite attractive (including a rather nice guy with a fit physique and silver hair. It was just rather surreal. Only lasted a bit and it wasn't like I became a Tex Avery cartoon. I went back to the conference like nothing happened.

...but it gave me an idea. What if a guy suddenly awoke to the fact that he was in a very enviable position and surrounded by gorgeous women and guys but hadn't noticed until that moment? And why didn't he notice?

Now, I have seen this in the incest category quite a bit ("I never noticed how much my sister had grown until OMG tits!) and that might be an interesting place to start. Maybe a guy is born into a family of gorgeous women who are all well known for their beauty and sexuality. Guy is completely immune to their charms until he either has a wet dream about them or one of them comes into his room drunk, thinking he's one of their boy toys and starts to make out with him. They think nothing of it but guy suddenly finds himself looking at them in a new way.

Or what if he was forced to be uninterested. For example, what if the guy is a demon or monster so they turn him into a nonthreatening entity. For example, to pull out high fantasy ideas, a collection of female elves are left alone when their warriors (female and male) go off to war. Needing assistance with keeping the forest under control, they brainwash a tribe of orcs into thinking they are family and must obey the elves. The elves use them as slave labor for years but then, one day an Orc isn't given his drug on accident and he's left alone with his elf family who are basking nude in the moonlight.

Or maybe more mundane: a guy is just at the office when something happens which makes him realize how attractive his coworkers or bosses are. Instead of being professional, he starts obsessing over them and tries to seduce them.

Easy way to engineer this is that it is an office with formal old fashioned dress codes until one day the air conditioning bonks out so the boss allows people to loosen up...

I like that spin. Clerical at an office or telemarketing/tech/customer support would be good settings. Corporate requires dress code but local management doesn't care that much. Staff is just doing it for a paycheck so they start pushing it to get more exciting. Or air conditioner breaks so that first the button up shirts go, then the undershirts as some workers straight up come to work in swim wear or work out clothes.

Expand the couple-trapped-in-hot-elevator meme.

The office occupies the converted top floor of an old brick downtown warehouse. After a forced late-work day, the varied group of staff rides the ancient freight elevator down through the now-deserted building -- and it jams between floors, with no escape hatches and no prospect of rescue till morning. (The steel-frame elevator acts as a Faraday cage and blocks cell signals.) It's a hot night. Clothes are loosened, then shed. Somebody passes around joints. Sex ensues, of course.

Fun idea and a nice real life story for inspiration.

I think that we see this happen a lot in real life as people grow older. I know that in school there were some girls who weren't very pretty early on, but grew into their bodies and lost the acne and ended up being hot by college. You could do something about a guy who has some friends who are girls from high school and they all end up in the same college together. Maybe he doesn't realize how sexy they are until they go on Spring Break and he sees them dressing in short shorts and bikinis.

Also the office is a good area because an adult audience can better relate to that. Maybe there is a woman, or women, who dress very professionally (pant suits and very plain professional clothing). They dress modestly and try to not look sexy to avoid being hit on or judged based on their looks. The company has a Christmas party where it is formal wear and the guy gets to see the women in sexy dresses and fixed up hair.
