Shortly after "retard" did. Duh.

I suppose people hypersensitive to the word "retard" still liked the sound and significance of "tard," and put "fuck" in front. Sadly because the "fuck" is harsher than the "re," people who don't like to cuss will still say "retard."

I say "retard" because it means slow. So fuck it.

Fucktard is dumb but it has its tickly moments.
