I was being paid $120/week LESS than the two other male forklift drivers working next to me.
The feminist and equality movement is working to change the inequality we deal with constantly.
Btw, when I found out, I quit. Took the co to the tribunal and won back pay to their level.
But it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
