Maybe it's too big, no pun intended There are mb, or pixel size limits.

Its gotta be under 150 x 150 pixels and use jpeg or gif format to be safe

Try logging out and then back in. Sometimes you need to clear cache and cookies....it can take a few posts over the 100 to catch up...
