When I'm bashing White people? I guess it is okay since they're the target of every weak minded "victim" subgroup in the World. Do you think any project bashing a particular race is acceptable?
NEW YORK (Variety) - Documentary veteran Michael Moore is in talks to direct and co-write an animated movie that will bear similarities in tone and sentiment to his best-seller "Stupid White Men."
French producer StudioCanal will finance the film.
"Stupid White Men" ranted against the decline of American decency, attacking illiteracy, racism and corporate corruption. Moore's new picture will be targeted for a pre-2004 presidential election release.
Moore's "Bowling for Columbine," about the American obsession with guns, nabbed a special jury prize this year at at Cannes as well as a distribution pact with United Artists Pictures. Moore's credits include creating the TV shows "TV Nation" and "The Awful Truth" and helming the documentary "Roger and Me," which grossed more than $7 million theatrically.
Moore first penned the best-seller "Downsize This!" He recently inked a two-book, $3 million pact with the Time Warner Publishing Group.
