So this is gonna wind up being kind of a rant, but guys, why on EARTH are you accepting the position you are being put into these days? Women's rights indeed!

99% of combat fatalities are males;
95% of work related deaths are males;
75% of suicides are males;
Although males are abused by female partners as often as females are abused by males there are a lot of women's shelters for abused females - but only ONE in the United States for abused males.
Female students now make up 68% of college students. Getting a high paying job is almost impossible without a college degree. So 2/3 of those will go to females.

If a man and a woman divorce and each wants custody of the children, it is almost certain the woman will win custody.

Guys, WAKE UP AND TAKE THE WORLD BACK! I don't want some whiney guy who makes half what I do and has a third my education. I want to follow a strong (not abusive) man who can LEAD!

Sadly it's true. Just check out the TV news and weather. 75% or more news casters are scantily dressed blonde young females. The few male news anchors wear suits, white shirts, and ties while the girls wear tight dresses above their knees and either breast popping blouses or cleavage.

It's the same in politics. This world is being run by young educated sexy looking females while the men babysit and fix dinner.

Our own adopted young son was attacked by his obese bitchy girlfriend. He got tired of the swearing and beating so hit her back. Guess who went to jail?

Young women yell rape when they put out for sex. Young men go to prison. When they are finally found innocent the lying bitch gets a small fine, maybe short jail time, but usually nothing.

On the job and in the factory men do the heavy lifting, hard dirty work, while the women get the gravy jobs. Don't believe me. Check your local Wally World. How many females go outside and push shopping carts in? How many females unload those trucks at the back docks? How many females scrub and sweep the floors?
How many females pick up trash in front of your house or fill those pot holes? Yea, you see female flaggers in construction. How many are actually constructing?

They get those easy jobs inside. Sure there are a few female heavy equipment operators but most are sitting in an office playing on Lit while the men are busting their balls shoveling dirt.

I've got a pair but at my age no one listens.

not sure quite how it works here, yet, but in the uk women do demanding, dirty, tough jobs just like men - and THEN mostly have to go home and do the majority of the housework, and cook a meal too (and are on 24/7 demand to the needs of other household members.

and the ones staying at home? if they're single, they get to do everything needed to run a household and keep a garden tidy and kids well-looked after, and if they're with a partner they still tend to end up with the less-pleasant jobs.

Women's lib? I'm still trying to figure out exactly what that is. Yeah, yeah, I've heard the rhetoric from A to Z but it still baffles me.

Women have been the power behind the throne from time immemorial. If the latest social construct was that women would only fuck men that could walk on their hands and talk with a lisp every fucking male would start practicing walking on their hands and talking with a lisp at puberty. You have that power.

During WWII the men went off to war that the women went to the factories to build the 'arsenal of democracy.' Income taxes went up to pay for the war machine and guess who was paying those taxes? That fact was not lost on the government. Why not create a situation where EVERY adult in the household pays taxes? The government loved it. And you were encouraged to have a 'career', mainly so you could be a taxpayer too. You've come a long way baby.

The raising of the next generation is the most important job a woman will ever have. From birth to age 7 (for male children, forever for female children) you are the most important individual in that child's life. Further, keeping an orderly household is not a mean task, even with today's modern conveniences. the household account, food, cleaning, teaching the children, the list goes on. The most destructive element of hard core women's lib is the destructive diminishing of the importance of those tasks. Any man that doesn't understand or appreciate those contributions isn't worth your time of your body. Any woman that looks on down you for choosing to make those sacrifices isn't worth your friendship.

Men and women are NOT equal. We are hardwired genetically to fulfill different roles. And that role is the biological imperative to procreate. No social construct is going to override millions of years of evolution. We are two half's of a whole that is required for biological success.

I see the bitches concerning you having to come home and do all the household tasks. And I fully realize that those bitches are very real. But you have to understand that your man is only acting according to his nature and you are only acting according to your own.

If every woman quit their job tomorrow wages would sky rocket and there would be very few 'two wage earner' households. I know that that won't happen. The pressure of the social construct as it is today and the desire of the government to keep you working is far too great. I can only hope that one day everyone will wake up to what is really important and become comfortable in their own skins.

I could totally respond to every point the OP and you have made, backed up with evidence (a fairly rare commodity in these debates), but my fairly extensive experience of doing that sort of thing in here suggests no one would read the evidence, and the discussion would get perpetually twisted so that every response I made was ignored, and some new 'factoid' was thrown in to prove the 'point'.
I'm over doing that.
