I'm a weather geek. I love the constant change, the way weather establishes a context for everything else in your day. The tense charge before a storm breaks, the brisk chill of a foggy morning, the muffled silence of a nighttime snowfall, the persistent patter of a drippy autumn afternoon, the heart pounding thrill of a wicked storm, that first perfect day of spring - it's all good.

So, what's the weather like in your part of the world? What are you (or would you like to be) doing in it?

Today, I got a pleasant morning, suitable for driving with the windows down. Sadly, the afternoon is going to be blisteringly hot. Good for swimming, but I'm stuck at work. *sigh*
