Bermuda Triangle

Stone Hedge

Easter Isle

The Myan{sp?} civilazation

The Unenterable room of the Great pyramid of Giza

The huge cavern under the the Great Sphinx that can only be seen with sonar but no enterance can be found.

And any other earth bound phenomneon{sp?} that isnt intantly understandable.

I don't have any theories to share on any of these things, but I do find such mysteries absolutely fascinating and avidly watch whenever Discovery Channel plays documentaries on them. But wouldn't life be boring if we had all the answers? I'd rather let some of the mysteries remain mysterious.

And toady, sweetie? Unfortunate typo - I do believe you mean Stone Henge, not Stone Hedge. Sorry, just HAD to point that out. Don't hate me, k?

i thought it was hnge but when I was typing it for dome reason it didnt look right, thats MS

My initial reaction goes something like this:
See!See!Can't figure it all out, can 'ya fuckers?!

Otherwise, I've got nothing definite. I do think that there's something to those, though. Maybe it's some residual energy, or mass belief-turned reality, or even some strange unidentified scientific happening. Hell, maybe it's just an innate need for something mystical. I do tend to lean toward the idea of ley lines and power centers.

Don't forget Atlantis.

Bob Boy...

You're too isolated.....

Move dude......

All that shit is 30 years old and dead, fuckin' dead, fuckin' dead!!!!!

Move south and pick up some real time living. No shit! It will get you laid.

Come live with me..... I can't fucking take it.

I really don't know about all that you guys.
What I want to know is what the fuck is behind the green door... *Wink, wink, nudge, nudge* If you get the refernce I will be REAL nice!!! :)

...and last but not least!

I....am an earthbound phenomenon!

Hey Sparky, down boy! The guy's just trying to make conversation. It's an interesting topic. Better than most of yours! (phhhht!) And if ya wanna get technical, most of those things are thousands of years old, not just 30. So don't be an ass.

Great question, Bbbbbbobby...

Where wuz Atlantis?...

Rabin, the assassinated war
Veteran from the Six-Day war went down into the Temple Mount when Israel won, to check out Rumors of passageways beneath the once Temple of Jehovah...

After 20 minutes he came out pale as a Ghost...He said Unseen Forces held him back and no one iz allowed to go down there anymore...

I wanna go down there

Ravenloft...

Could it be....Marilyn Chambers?

You know, she was once "the Mom" in an Ivory Snow commercial. 99.44% pure, my ass.

:)

Let me introduce you to the concept of slave labor. One can do amazing things with enough bodies and the motivation of move that rock or die. Thor Heyerdahl even put up another statue at Easter Island using a handful of college students and some wooden beams as levers. Our friends the pharaohs had massive groups of people to work all day (what were they going to do, put in 8 hours and head off to the pubs to watch some telly?).

Regarding the Bermuda Triangle: I did a paper in high school on this phenomenon and found three different authors used different end points for the triangle (Bermuda Nonagon?). In fact, they each used the same shipwreck but placed it in three different places to help confirm their individual theories. Let me tell ya, if Carnival Cruise lines sinks the same ship three times it is the last time I am taking the freakin' Love Boat!

I chalk this up to The Weekly World News short course in history. Everything that wasn't specifically observed or documented must require otherworldly forces. And I don't care if the Shroud of Turin is one of 8 different shrouds that purport to be Jesus' burial cloth and that it carbon dates to the mid 1200s, that little bit of pollen that is found in the middle east (and in a heckuva lot of other places) certainly shows that the scientists are wrong.

And Marilyn Chambers certainly gets the most out of her 0.56% impurities. Let's see, that is about 3 and half hours a month which equates to a couple of really good scenes . . .

I think thats the sonogram of Ramlick's brain. No entrance, but one hell of a tone when you strike it with a metal bar.

By the latest accounts they were free men , not slaves, who built the pyramids,so says the Discovery Channel.

I do believe that it is spelled phenomenon.... :)

Now, speaking of wierd, unexplainable things, what ever happened to those settlers on Roanoke island? Did they ever even find their bodies? Where'd they go?

NO ONE EXPECT THE SPANISH INQUISITION!

To think of all that wasted space.

Aliens man, it's all the aliens!

I can't remember if it was Roanoke or some other massive disappearance, Stephen King or Dean Koontz (maybe both in different books?) explained this - Koontz (in Phantoms)
had that gelatinous glob that ate people - King (in the Storm of the Century) had that weird warlock/devil guy that made everyone walk into the ocean. I think they both mentioned Roanoke. Another Stephen King explanation, The Langolers (sp?) did Bermuda Triangle type thing. I dig those creative explanations! :)

I really don't have any of my own theories persay, but I love the mystery around it, I think I'd rather not know, because it could be something really disappointing that would totally ruin it! And I really do believe there are things like big foot running around, there have been numerous planes that have crashed in the Pacific North West and have never been found. (There's some exact number, but I'm just going off the top of my head!) And there are so many deep trenches in the ocean, who knows what could be lurking down there...
