If you could live anywhere you want, in any sort of relationship or relationships that you wanted, what would it all look like?

City living? Out in the country? Off the grid? mormon commune?

My first apartment was pretty much my perfect living situation. Goddamn, I miss it. It was a two bedroom apartment with a good kitchen and a nice bathroom, washer/dryer hookups in an apartment building that was pet friendly and was legit just me and my friends. It was something like $600 a month that I paid half of- wait, no, it was more then that b/c I paid like almost $400 so closer to $800 I guess... But anyway, it was walking distance from the park w/dog park, walking distance from the university and an overpriced grocery store; the comic shop was across the street- literally strait shot across the street, the bookstore/coffee shop was right across the street... And I was friends with everyone so sometimes we'd have a party that started in one apartment and just kinda spilled out through the entire building...

I just want that back. I mean, it'd be nice if I could live with a s/o, I guess. But that lifestyle fit me so well...

I've got an apartment over my garage that I was going to rent out for 750 a month that I will let you have for 1100.

I had money at the time. I had a really well paying job and I was outta my mind a good 90% of the time so financial matters are a little fuzzy. When you're living that life and everything is in cash and shit you just don't really think about money or supplies like you should. Still though, I wouldn't have traded it for the world.

I've always been married to some woman or another. I'm comfortable being part of a couple.

My house in the suburbs was nice, but I don't miss it. I especially don't miss the lawn mower.

Now that my children are grown, it's a lot simpler. I became an urban pioneer and built an apartment in my business. The commute is great. I pretty much have what I want. Anything else would just be one of those, "if I had a million dollars," fantasies.

I would like to have a house on the coast, something downtown and a yurt in Montana. I need to start accumulating vast amounts of wealth to make that happen.

Asian tepee, a yurt, friends have one, they use it at ren fairs, lots of room, warm and cozy.

I thought the 900 number thing was working well. Did you invest the profits poorly?

Bears go right through the sides of most yurts.

I'd have a small condo and live a minimilistic lifestyle. I am beginning to worry I will be on the next hoarding episode the way my family is going.

I love where I live now. I own my own home, being there makes me happy. I'm also happy being single, although if I met someone that would be wonderful. I do miss living in a bigger city, the town I live in is quite small.

I'll tell them, they'll probably bring an extra jar of Honey now, animals lovers, they are.

On a side note: the last fair they went to had about 500/600 people. maybe the bear will get lucky and find them.

I never had you pegged as a suburbanite.

I love live/work spaces. For the last decade, my primary commute has been a walk across the yard.

So let's say you had a million dollars cash, what would you do with it, if you had to spend it on living space?

Apparently, I live in your ideal living situation.

I live walking distance from 2 independent book stores (although one is more comics and zines and such)

There are 3 mom and pop coffee shops I can get to with a 10 minute walk or less, and they're all busy at all hours of the day. I think the neighborhood could probably sustain another.

My family has issues with hording, on both sides. I think I have that bug beat, but I downgraded earlier in the year from 4200 square feet to a VERY modest place much more centralized and closer to the types of things that I like, and I have to say, I'm a lot happier.

I am jealous, you don't even know.

Pure fantasy, money no object?

Isolated croft or cottage in the Highlands or somewhere equally remote. No neighbours. Woods and wildlife. Tons and tons of books and a dog for company. The odd visitor which would include a good hard shagging every now and then would be nice too, that aside not bothered about company.

if i had a decent, little house or apartment in a small to medium sized city with a decent amount of culture i'd be okay. better off than now anyway. also, a nice, reasonably airtight basement for growing weed would be awesome.

as for relationships i'd be cool with someone who wasn't a self centered douche, had decent taste and was okay with me humping them.

yeah, i'm not exactly picky.

Posh treehouse, but I love cities so I'd want a magical portal to downtown anywhere (including Narnia). I will live there with my partner-in-crime whose favorite pastimes include a) ravishing me b) teaching me fun things about math and physics. There is an infinite library with an impeccable gothic interior complete with ribbed vault ceilings and secret passageways and cozy, tucked away places. The rest can be fairly modest with big windows (self-cleaning) that's mainly awesome just by virtue of being a fucking treehouse. There will be other people living in our treehouse neighborhood and they are all very fantastic and attractive and occasionally we will throw key parties and maybe engage in group sex.

I would settle for somewhere decently sized with a nice view of trees. Windows are important. I'm quite the gazer.

Stop being so fucking hot.

After I started watching hoarders I started cleaning out my house. I went through all my stuff that I was keeping "just in case". I kept it simple to start. If it was ten years old and I hadn't used it out it went. Then I went to five years. I threw out or donated a lot of stuff.

I am happy where I live. No rush hours that make driving miserable.
