Scylis, it appears we are both on the same page with the Apocalypse Now quote (one of my favorite movies). To answer the question, I love:

the smell of a man's cologne on a man whose arms are around me,

the smell of my cat after she's been to the groomer's,

the real new car smell (not that fake interior freshner smell),

the fragrance of roses,

the scent of ripe citrus plants, and

the aroma of homecooked meals at my parent's house during the holidays.
