Blue cheese.... hmmm.... I REALLY have to be craving something weird to want blue cheese, it's just too bitter for me.

black rind sharp cheddar,,, it's still available here abouts in the small stores,,, buy it by the slice or wedge,,, combined with provolone it makes the best mac & cheese you have ever had,,,
