black rind sharp cheddar,,, it's still available here abouts in the small stores,,, buy it by the slice or wedge,,, combined with provolone it makes the best mac & cheese you have ever had,,,

not too bad on apple pie either

Gouda or Edam for preference. I can't come to grips with most of your American cheese, even the way you prepare/present good european cheese is offbeat.

I come from the dairy Nation. Well, one of them.
 
Gouda, maybe a nice sharp cheddar or a well aged parmesan... MMMM..... ::Stares up at the moon:: ...... I love Cheese!!!
 
Mozerella for sure. Without it, Pizza just wouldn't be right :rolleyes:

made in northern indiana and southern michigan by the Amish. very good no preservatives like the commercial brands.

but definately not Frumunda ......... shudder :eek:
