Up until just a short while ago there was realamerican11 who was trolling Lit forums and spouting racist garbage but he apparently got banned and the dude came back with realamerican12 without even pretending that he is someone else... Which presumably lead to realamerican16 (I'm not sure if there were 13, 14 and 15 in between them) and by now the dude is just out of fresh ideas and I guess he is trying to get IP banned permanently.

IP bans only work if the person has a static IP, which most don't.
It's also very easy to get around with a proxy server.
What you really need to do is ban the MAC address of the computer the person is using, because that is a lot harder to change.

Firstly, the thread is titled, Still run XP?. Secondly, you've already blatantly proven in this thread your "Palemoon" knowledge is vastly lacking. Thirdly, Tor is slower than almost any other browser for obvious reasons, and is virtually meaningless for those who aren't interested in illegal sites or in illegally acting on the internet, eg: illegally downloading stuff...
