Hello!
As some of you might remember, English is not my first language. So, once in a while, I get quite stuck trying to find one particular word or expression. Dictionaries only go so far...
So, I'd be very happy if you could help me out with this one.
It's a little gloomy, but it does make sense in the story I'm working on:
Word in French: peloton d'exécution
Meaning: a "peloton d'exécution" is a group of people, usually soldiers, with the delicate task of executing people by firing on them simultaneously.
From my research, the English expression would be "execution platoon", but... I dunno, it just sounds weird, so I'd like a confirmation.
