Great choice. There is something about the Scottish accent which is very sensual. I'm a fan of a husky voice too, it makes a difference.

I like unexpected and unfamiliar accents. When you know someone's name before you hear them speak, or when you make assumptions about who they might be based on whatever you know about them, to hear a New Brunswicker or a Geordie or a South African, say, unexpectedly, is a real curve ball. And when non-English speakers (I only speak English) address you in your language and you try to guess their first language, it opens up a whole world of virtual travel. I can't say there are many accents I don't like, simply because they are all so exciting.

I've always been a sucker for British accents. But I admit. Some are harder to understand/get excited about. I have a friend here in the states who's lived here for years and I can't stand talking to him on the phone. He's still impossible to talk to without saying "Huh?" a half dozen times.
