fill out your profile completely.
Interact with people on the forums so they can get to know you and your personality. Never use say things like your looking for a “ female” or “ woman”

I'm not female but I have some experience in this area. Your problem is that most women who will admit to being female in a profile have gotten so many offers/propositions/invitations to whatever that other then having a chuckle at most of them, they don't take them seriously. What you're trying to do is the equivalent of walking up to a random woman on the street and asking if she'll be your friend. Most women would consider that a bit on the weird side if not downright scary.
Fill out your profile including age and some things you like, but be truthful. Participate in the forum discussions and if you're comfortable, join in a chat in the chat room. It will take a while, but once women here see who you really are and they're interested, they'll make the contact.

Don’t make it so obvious that you are only about making sexual connections. Not everybody is here for that and when you make it so blatantly obvious, decent women won’t be interested. Some are here just for fun but they also want to know the person they are hooking up with isn’t just looking for a quick fix. They also want respect.

Also, stop making posts about how much you want to find a woman to talk to - it makes it seem like all women are interchangeable to you as long as they have the right genitalia. Or that you think all women here just want someone with a cock and don’t care about personality. We generally actually want to get to know someone a bit and the easiest and safest way to do that is in the threads. DMs from men who have no solid presence on the threads can be… problematic.

Agree with most of the above, and I would add one thing:
Don't be afraid to show us who you are and what you are passionate about. When you try to appeal to everyone, you mostly come across as bland and the same as everyone one else. Tell us what makes you special. It will scare off a few, but it gives you a much better chance with the rest
