What type of music do you listen to while in a scene?

In general?

I prefer to have noise minimized in situations that are intimate or intense either way in terms of sex (I wont say scene, because I cant qualify any of my real life experiences to be what I would call a scene), but this is mostly because I have a slight hearing problem and don't want to miss a word of anything my Lover says....especially if he happens to be whispering French *swoon*

Background music is usually something somewhat popular, but fairly vocal rather than acoustical.

In general life, my musical tastes tend to be varied but I will fixate periodically on certain artists or bands...

Current fixations include:
Michelle Branch: Hotel Paper
Jewel: 0304
Counting Crows: any album!
Michael Kelsey: any album!
The White Stripes

Have to agree even though my music is a passion and extends through many different genres. Like the intimacy and full attention on my Master, especially if he whispers sweet nothings in Spanish. LOL

It seems like we've had this thread a few times recently, so you'd think I'd remember what I'd said!

We don't usually listen to music, I don't know why. Sometimes when we're just sitting around doing whatever (when Daddy's taking a bath, or something) I'm told to pick music, which I hate doing. Daddy has an awesome collection but I'm always afraid I'll choose the wrong thing.

It depends on what type of play. For Waxings and knife play I like something smooth and slow. Floggings and such require something a little more driving.

i dont think i have ever played music during playing. never even thought about it before i guess

Well...

I am not big on using music, cause I do not creat scenes, perse.

However I do use music via earphones during sensory deprivation, and it reall depends on my mood. It could be classical, Motown, or jazz. I am not into the new age stuff.

Holy fucking shit

You and I have something in common! Don't let it happen again. Please start listening to rap.

The other night we switched back and forth between Type O Negative and Lords of Acid...but it varies, that just happened to be what she wanted to listen to.
