It is another favorite of ours. Have to be careful what spice level you use for this kind of grillin' though. Just a word of caution.

Well, folks, after two shops reloaded our system we may be online again. Thanks for the encouragement in our absence. We took a few pics while the PC was out of commission but I don't have the cam software running yet. I must remedy that soon. In the meantime, I thought someone else might contribute. Anyone?
