What's for dinner?

Pork loin, potatoes, onions, BACON!, in a casserole made with a bechamel cheese sauce.

Basically baked scalloped potatoes with pork loin cubes topped with a bacon crumble. The bacon is doing double duty as the required veggie to make it a balanced meal.

Vanilla pudding for dessert.
 
tabbouleh and hummus wraps, butter lettuce and grapefruit and an early season parsnip puree.
