What's for Dinner tonight?

a chicken finger sandwich with sweet-hot mustard and pickles

Herb-Crusted Tilapia on a bed of dark rice.

Broccoli with Lemon and Garlic.

Finished with a glass of Pinot, 2003.

Chicken curry over wild rice with egg rolls all homeade by my g/f's mom who is from Thailand. Yay Thai food! So yummy! Sometimes it pays to be sick when people cook for you to make you feel better. :D

Classy, and delicious. Kudos to you sir. :D

Grandma's spaghetti. And a salad. Keeping it simple tonight.

Raw Pad Thai which is my favorite food in the whole world.

I made a raw blueberry cheesecake too. :rose:

Homemade lasagne, garlic bread and a chilled glass or two of rosé

An oldie but a goodie....

Gravlaks. Dill-covered salmon from the oven. Speciality from my home country.

For my daughter, who sadly is allergic to fish.. Pork steak with saurkraut, potatoes and gravy

Working late tonight and I can't be bothered cooking, so its the same as breakfast vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce

Mmmm, yum...and does this mean you hail from my 'Scandinavian' part of the world...? ;)
Yes, I'm originally Norwegian. I moved to Belgium 6 years ago, but I've taken many of the recipes from Norway over there :)

I like it ;)
I'm based in Finland...not a million miles away from your homeland and with some similar, extremely yummy, dishes... licks lips ...enjoy yours!!

Tonight?

Barring some sudden change in plans or motivation, I'm going to go ahead and cook up an ex-girlfriend's recipe:

Shrimp in a White Wine Sauce over a Broiled Sirloin Steak
served on-top a bed of Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Cauliflower and Broccoli with Lemon and Garlic ( This is truly too tasty for words)
and Steamed Carrorts

I'll probably have a beer with this one.

Roast beef ( medium rare) oven roasted veg and potatoes quartered and baked until crispy in olive oil, mixed herbs and rocksalt.

We're not too sure. Maybe a salad and a sandwich....

OHhh! or perhaps grilled cheese with soup!

I'm trying to be better with what I eat overall :cattail:
