mac and cheese stuffed meatloaf with homemade mashed tators and bacon sauteed fresh green beans...

It was meal prep night here at the G'gasm household.. 4 meals, 2 servings each. I keep half and send the other with the college child. We made:
Roast turkey breast with lemon/almond quinoa and roasted carrots
Roast chicken breast with roasted broccoli and a grain blend
Chickpea pasta puttanesca with herbed zucchini
Roast chicken breast with small purple potatoes and salad

and because I needed to play, I candied pecans with orange peel and honey to be served warm with pumpkin muffins.

- naked fish with cumin, cayenne, smoked paprika, salt pepper.. browned and juicy
- red and yellow cherry tomatoes lightly sauteed
- thin cut coleslaw
- avocado thinly cut
