On weekdays I usually have a toasted English muffin, a bit of fruit, and coffee.
On weekends, it's typically eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Oh, and coffee. Can't have breakfast without coffee.
Depending on my appetite and the size of the bread, up to two slices of whole grain bread, some butter and either salami or bologna on that, washed down with either tea, coffee or fresh milk. When I feel fancy, I'll swap the bread for whole grain rolls.
