I'm not sure I would necessarily always group pedophilia and incest together. I've read and enjoyed a lot of various types of incest stories. I've also written one. I am very much not a pedophile and would not enjoy for someone I'm with to act like a child. I will, of course, admit that you are right about some stories, fantasies, and, in general, certain subgenres. I can enjoy a mother/son story without having any desire to even touch my own mother, which probably says a lot about my childhood. I can enjoy a father/daughter story but I will never touch my own daughter and I can't imagine ever wanting to. Also, this is one of those times you were talking about. A lot of father/daughter stuff does tend to border on the uncomfortable for me. I would, however, nail my older sister if she was less of a bitch.

Basically, not all the fantasies necessarily translate to urges. Also, not all the urges have anything to do with pedophilia. I'm fine with you thinking it is disgusting, but, I'd imagine I'm not into everything you are. Actually, I probably am...

You do know what it means to assume, right? Saying "all" or "usually" or "often" or "always" is an assumption and you are trying to stereotype a whole group of people.

I have lived incest. And, guess what? It started when I was thirty-two. Far from a child there. The other person was a legal adult as well. Neither of us acted like a child or held a power game over the other.

What I meant is that if you only fantasize about things your have a real interest in, your fantasies seem to be dull. That, or you don't grasp the full concept of fantasy, as opposed to reality. Since you managed to integrate both concepts in the same sentence "No one fantasizes about something that they don't have a real interest in." it seems to me that is were the difference between you and a lot of people who fantasizes crazy stuff is.
