It does seem really easy for some.lol. Let me see if I can unsexyfy it for you. I have long hair but I pull it up in a tight bun so it doesn't stick to my back. My husband calls it my "Steven Baldwin" look. I have a band to keep the baby hairs off my face too. Literally drenched, dripping with sweat when I finished today. I sent hubby a pic and he told me to go shower, and not to scare him like that again.
