Well damn... I was gonna say that I have the smoker going with almond wood and I am smoking pastrami and bacon, but now... DAMN

Wonder if I could just bend over the fire a little more...

I too expected this thread to expound upon the culinary arts,.
However I see it is more 'art' and less 'culinary'.

Not that I mind.

If my kitchen looked like that I doubt I'd be doing much cooking anyway.

Except for maybe putting buns in the oven.

I like baking.

Thirded. I thought it would be a foodie's get together, but instead it's the notion that kitchens are for lovers (and not the love of food).
