What's cookin', good lookin'? Part II

Yesterday I bought homemade red and green curry paste from a nice Thai lady that lives nearby. So today I’ll be giving one of them a go.

It’s snowy, and snowing, so some warm flavors are in order. :)
 
Sesame salmon, broccolini and something else that I can dig up from the fridge, not sure yet. Maybe carrots. But gotta use up the salmon and broccolini today.
 
Made a new recipe for biscuits today that only have 4 carbs each. So nice to eat a bread product without being overwhelmed with carbs!

They're more like a muffin but make great biscuit breakfast sandwiches.
 
Tonight is our lazy sunday so no proper cooking tonight. Tonight is pizza :D

Got to plan in the meals for the week though so thats excited and also planning on what to use all our home grown chillis for, have two recipes so far :)
 
Walnut sugar cookies :) they turned out great! The consistency was perfect and they baked up soft and chewy. I think next time I will add some spices. I seem to be searching for a flavor and I cannot pinpoint exactly what it is.
 
Last night's boneless pork chop had an amazing au jus with the addition of a recent gift of dried mushrooms added to it. I just used a few to ration them out and make my gift last longer! :D
 
Somehow I only just found this thread.

So I made preserved lemons (due to having an excess of lemons), and they seem to have worked, but now I'm not entirely sure how to make the best use of them ... any good suggestions for preserved lemons? (It's summer here, so summery ideas are good.)
