What's a "dirty Sanchez"? I've only heard the reference once (on the Daily Show) and I can't seem to find it any of my slang dictionaries.

And since I heard it one a fake news show, is this actually a real sexual slang term?

And if it is real, how does one do it? (Since this is the How To section)
