Bomb Scare Averted

New information on what started off as a bomb scare in a Lake Worth neighborhood and turned out to be nothing more than a tracking device.
Marabel Castillo noticed a man at her car as she left her shift at the Finnish Nursing Home.
When the man saw her, he ran off.
When she got closer to the car, she noticed a black box was attached to it.
She immediately called police who then brought in a sheriff's bomb squad.
They quickly sent out alerts for voluntary evacuations.
The bomb squad detonated the box, a couple hours later and found a cell phone tracking device inside.
The sheriff's office tells us, this will not be a criminal investigation.
Okay, so they say they found a Cell Phone Tracking device attached to her car and it will not be followed as a criminal investigation? I don't know about you but if I was a cop I would be wanting to know who the guy was and why he was attaching a trckin device to this womans car.
