It's not his business, he's too young,
it's not fair to involve him in adult's fun, in any way.
And you run a legal risk by putting them in his possession.

If you mail them, you could get in trouble. If you send them fed x you might get in trouble. If you giv them to him, you almost certainly will get in trouble. It's a crime, adding to the delinquency of a minor. And it'snot worth it when you can use UPS or Fed X and be reasonably sure they will get there without you doing anythinng illegal.

My opinion... as an young and AVID connosseur of porn.

It would have been a lot easier on my parents if they had allowed me the collection rather than destroying it every time they found it.

I'm male... if the kid 'has' it and didn't steal it (which I did), he/she can keep it. If he/she stole it, it gets destroyed and he/she is going to be doing chores to earn back the value.

After he/she's done, I'll buy him/her what he/she wants (out of his/her money .

It's just another way of keeping tabs on the kid

From personal experience, porn saved me from a greater danger in my social group... getting some girl pregnant. If my parents/school weren't going to deal with my sexuality, then I'm glad at least some of that energy went to acquiring and watching porn rather than some of what my friends did.

I was watching porn (on the sly) alot younger than 15. That being said, I don't think I'd want my young kids watching it. While a healthy attitude toward sex is a good thing, I can't wrap my head around letting my kids watch it. Of course, my kids are young and I'm in denial.

If you can package it well (ie discreetly), send it with him. But if he's flying, they do check baggage now, so that's one thing to consider.

Provided there weren't too explicit or degrading material in there I wouldn't forbit it. But I sure as hell wouldn't support it either.

But, Lillian, you are not this kid's parent. When you stand "in Loco Parentis" you have to be much more circumspect.

Then he might get grossed out that his stepdad is watching Super Ass 12. It's in the too much information catagory of child rearing. I remember when I was 15 if I wanted to see porn I had to stay up until my Mom went to bed, then I could sneak back in the TV room, and turn the sound way down and if I was lucky the scrambling on the cable channels we DIDN'T have would be out of the way so I could sneak a peak!

I wasn't going to sell it to them...I was just getting it from work and Iwould've given it to them...but I think mailing it in some form is my best option. I'll send it to my sister and she can divy things up if she wants.

That way I don't know and I don't feel like my trip to hell has been moved up! After all I'm not done decorating my handbasket for the trip yet!

Then it's her desicion and responsibility, not yours. In a way, it could be a good thing, him having his own stuff and the parents knowing about it. It would mean that the chances they could control what kind of porn he sees.

Wrap it up discretely and send it via UPS. No matter how it's packaged if you give it to him and it's found it's your ass. (The courts won't care if she said to send it with him. They wont even care of you have a notarised letter from the parents telling you to send it with the child. It will still be you busted and not the parents.) As for the kid having his own collection, again that's not your decision to make. If his parents want him to have porn they can buy it for him. Don't get yourself busted because they don't care.
