Literotica no longer existed?

This is purely fantasy eh (heaven forbid it should actually happen!); another author and I spared a moment to think about it earlier today when we both couldn't get onto the site.

So, what would you be doing right now instead of being logged in to Lit?

I have noticed there are other sites, even other story sites.

So I guess, I would throw away my PC and give up on the internet all together.:D

I'm geek enough to know how, so I'd probably end up starting a site like this.

I'm with Ice. I actually fantasize about how I'd write the PHP code that underlies Lit, but differently.

It's a sickness.

Then can one of you explain why Pravda's English language message board looks exactly the same as Lit?

Is the graphic look commonplace because of the code used, or are we at Lit truly tools of a Russian conspiracy, which can only lead us to conclude that gauche and gary c are spies?

Please advise.

Nothing so sinister. They just use the same bulletin board software. Loads of sites use vBulletin, or a clone, and they all look more or less the same.

But this doesn't mean that we're NOT tools of a Russian conspiracy.
I could tell you, but then....

:) I would probably become reacquainted with my wife if I could remember what she looks like.

Really, I'm just kidding. I love my wife and we share a bed every night.

I'd be over at www.english-lady.co.uk (my site) promoting it's little ass off and hoping to pick up some of the exit traffic from literotica! *L*

How the hell can you promote a site online without stepping on somebody's toes these days?

DS

Playing GTA III and saving up for GTA Miami.

Being spies assumes we are in your country. This is not the case.
And now I'm in big trouble with the politbureau and Kommisar Laurel.

Okay gauche, I give in. What the heck is GTA III?

wso
ps remember, this is an adult site.

Not sure I should be answering questions from computer users who don't know what GTA III is?

Grand Theft Auto. Duh

Don't you do anything but type on your PC?

Duh?! Señor Gaucho: I didn't know what GTA3 was either, but then, I didn't care.

On my computer: I write poems and novels (well, one and a half), book trips to Venice, shop, correspond with very interesting persons, and have the odd sexual experience.

Perdita

Dirty Slut well i seem to be doing ok so far....but then I am a tiny fish in the vast erotica ocean and well I think I'm not worth worrying about*L*

Oh, so you're telling me you sit there, pretending you're driving a car and carrying a gun, and you chase other cars, and have cars chase you and you shoot up a few animated 'people' and run a few others over? (My son just informed me what it was.)

Basically, I just type on my PC. It's old (GTA would make it smoke), but it's all I've got for the moment.

I would carry on as I do, day be day. I very rarely come here anyway, since the threads move faster than my dial-up can download them.

I'm sure I'd find somewhere to post my stories. Heck, I realised yesterday that my novel hasn't had any feedback at all since I posted it; maybe my style is not suited to lit's audience. :p

Ha, ha, Lime. I should have know someone would quibble about such. Let's leave it at "both".

I'm curious. What activity would qualify as THE odd sexual experience?
ella, I can only speak for myself. Odd is in the loins of the beholdened.

no apology, Perdita

Probably trying to finish my non erotic stories. :D

Looking for similar sites.

Play Pharaoh, Zeus or Age Of Empires.

I would be looking for similar sites as well...... or fighting with hubby over whose turn it is to play the PS2.
