What Would The Evil Secretary Make Her Blackmailed Boss Do?

Working on a few different ideas and could use some help.

The general story idea I have involves two primary characters.

1) LINDA. She's about 60. Blue-collar upbringing. She's worked as a secretary/administrative assistant her life at this one company. She is just one of those miserable old grouches who relishes any semblance of power she has. And she's very bitter that she constantly has to report/work for a progressively younger series of people, and is especially resentful when it's another woman.

2) JENNIFER. She's about 28. Just received her MBA. She's been promoted to run this department. She's inherited Linda. And she does not like her one bit. She has told her she needs to have less of an attitude, given her a poor review/denied her a raise, etc.

PLOT: A seething Linda processes some paperwork and realizes something. She calculates and sees Jennifer has been signing expense reports and the like in duplicate. She's been stealing money from the company. All told, it has probably roughly totaled $100K. She immediately thinks to turn her in but pauses. If she does, then what? She still remains the secretary. And she'll just have yet another boss she'll hate.

But now? Now she has power over this little thing Jennifer.

She presents it to Jennifer. And she'll keep this between them but only if...

What are some good "if's?"

My main idea -- Linda makes Jennifer her maid on weekends. All those menial tasks. And she also has to slowly make up the money she stole by paying it back to Linda.

Any other ideas?

If Linda is cagey she'll save the psycho-sexual humiliation for later. First, extort a superlative performance review, promotion, raise, corporate invulnerability, etc.Next, Jennifer gets to pay for Linda's transformation at an elite spa -- Linda emerges a GILF. And THEN Linda can have Jennifer give her a good slurp whenever she enters the boss's office. Cleaning Linda's windows and walls ain't enough -- she must clean her clit too.

Of course Jennifer doesn't appreciate the humiliation. But what can she do? I foresee a sneaky game to destroy Linda -- but it fails. Ooh, more punishment!

What are the limits? How far will Linda go? Can she bail into retirement with a golden parachute? One option: Linda gains independence with a nice pension, forces Jennifer to do her housework and submit sexually for some time. Then Jennifer discovers her sub side; she accepts Linda as her domme. Fun ensues.
 
I'd like to see Linda get her just rewards. A decent pay rise and good reports.

That's about what I said.

The questions: How much does Linda deserve and how far will she go with Jennifer? How kinky is Linda? How far will Jennifer play along? I see a shifting balance of power between the two, with Jennifer seemingly accepting the relief of domination while craftily manipulating Linda -- because that's what astute managers do with underlings whether or not the pawns are aware.

Back to the sex. Is Linda satisfied with Jennifer's abasement, slurpings, and dog collars? Does she induce Jennifer to bring in BBCs or other studs (or gals with strap-ons) for multiple penetrations? Does she publicly expose and finger Jennifer? Does Jen get slave tattoos?
 
'Course, if Jennifer had half a brain she'd just quit the company and use her shiny new MBA to find a cool job in Europe, or south east Asia, or outer-Mongolia - anywhere where Linda's blackmail can't reach her.

So you'll need to find a way to lock Jennifer in place, some reason she cannot quit.

Perhaps Jennifer's Mom is also a long-term employee, in a whole different department, and Linda was stealing the cash to benefit her Mom. That way, Jennifer can't slip away. It would also opens the possibility of Jennifer's Mom being coerced into a 3-way sexual tryst later in the story...
 
All I can come up with is that Linda makes Jennifer do all the sexual things she never got to do. That makes Linda a minor character, essentially a maguffin.

I've got the problem that as soon as Linda puts the screws to Jen, Jen rearranges the evidence to frame Linda and immediately has Linda fired "for cause". Linda has no case - she may have copies of incriminating documents, but who says she didn't type them herself out of hatred. Linda won't have a good day in court either - the jury would see a shiny new hot boss dedicated to protecting the company from the sour, evil, grasping hag Linda. The defense can nap through this one.

But if you can handwave all that, presumably Jennifer can be made to do increasing humiliating things - start with cleaning house, then getting used by the gardner for the titilation of Linda's younger friends... I mean, if Linda has hatred in her heart, and Jen is scared enough and weak enough, it's not hard to come up with degredations. Pick whatever turns you on, and you'll find out if others like it.

I suppose this could turn into "she made me lick pussy, but then I found out I liked it". Or "I never knew that getting gangbanged could be so hot". Ultimately the victim is supposed to like it, or your reluctance story becomes non-con-without-orgasmic-redemption, which isn't allowed here.

If you care you can look at my Why I Love My Job. My "Linda" was named "Scott" and the storyline ends up a romance of sorts, despite the first 5 chapters, but those first 5 chapters may give you ideas.

Addendum: I just noticed your proposed list of punishments mentions nothing sexual. I blindly assumed you wanted dark eroticism but it looks like maybe you're planning a straight revenge tale, which would end up in Non-Erotic. Are you aiming to get eroticism out of humiliation, without any actual sex? Possible, but not something I'd try to bite off.

Yeah, the premise and consequences can be dissected many ways. Linda blackmails Jen, who does or doesn't escape. Jen sets-up Linda, who is or isn't sacked. Various revenge or humiliation scenarios might play out. We can write it to suit the ending(s) we want, with or without Scooby-Doo chases. Who prevails? Are the lowly raised high (comedy) and the mighty brought low (tragedy)? Is there a romantic rapprochement, or a domme-sub relationship, or a fickle finger of fate fucking-up things? Visualize the ending and the story writes itself.
 
For this story to work its way to a satisfying and appealing ending, both Linda and Jennifer should be driven by an internal conflict that is resolved over the course of the story. Each of them changes over the course of the story. Jennifer could be an entitled brat at first but come to enjoy being submissive to Linda. Linda could resent her status as a secretary at first but come to enjoy being dominant over Jennifer and Jennifer's willing submission to her. At the end of the story Jennifer could have an opportunity to turn the tables on Linda, but she chooses not to because she realizes in the end that the relationship with Linda, though humiliating, satisfies some deep need that she has. I think Hypoxia is right, it depends on what sort of ending you want: comic/romantic, revenge, tragedy, etc. Think about where you want the relationship to end up and the rest will come.
