What was Your First Car?

Ford Gran Torino

I can't remember the year, but I think it was a '75. It was white and I could push it over 100mph.


Never did anything naughty in it in though.

My parents gave it to me and I gave it back to my dad after I got a new Sunbird.

My first car was a 1968 Buick (I cant remember what model ) It was so big , it came with an anchor and a sail. My father had a lot of work to do on the body, so it was not started for four months. When it was started, after being jumped, the muffler blew off and landed ten feet into the woods.

A 1969 Dodge Coronet. . .and not the cool kind either.

It was a four-door, huge, monstrous, ugly thing and I called it the "Titanic." My parents bought it for me when I was in high school.

On the plus side, it was sooo big, we could cram in 6 or 7 people, so it became the party-mobile.

Sold it when I left home for college.

Gave to me by my dad when I got my drivers license. It was golden aniversary editoin

totaled it when I drove it under a water transport truck.


getting stone and driving it as fast as it would go whitch was 120 mph

restored it then sold it for $ 200.00

I had a hell of a time explaining to my dad how I knew there was a passing gear at 75 mph.

Cars and sex go so well together.

I bought a 1970 Pontiac Firebird with my own money and had it up to 130 on I-80 the same afternoon. What kind of parents would allow an immature 16 year old to have a car like that? Where was my parental supervision? I'd never allow my daughter to have a car like that.

I traded it in on a beautiful Triumph TR-4 that caught my eye two years later. I still can't resist a topless ride.

Most exciting thing done in it? Banged the local police chief's daughter in the back seat while at the Coralville drive in theater a few times. I thought for sure I would be arrested for that.

Something exciting .... Hauling ass to the state capital to party only to find out the party was in michigan (college football) so pissed and took a wrong exit, got pissed again when I couldn't find a turn around and almost wreaked it taking the ditch between the lanes of a hwy, then getting back on the other hwy some dumbass was parked halfway in the road of the entrance so as I blew past him at 100+mph and presenting the driver with the best hand gesture I could, I then saw the large gold eagle with Ohio State Patrol on it.... I didn't even know Ohio had unmarked cars then .... and yes, he followed us for almost 5 miles till the next exit when he decided to pull infront of us and cut me off I am guessing, but shit happens, I freaked and cut the wheel left, right towards the side of the trooper who cut his left causing him to shoot into the oncoming traffic, needless to say I shot down the exit knowing I was going to jail but somehow I lost him.
Wasn't sex but the rush was pretty decent.

Without going into the details I fell asleep at the wheel one morning and drove it into the rear of another car
