What was your breakfast?

This morning I splurged and had a breakfast I love. It was funny watching the reactions of the people at the grill in the cafeteria as well as the reactions of my co-workers.

Breakfast this morning consisted of four eggs scrambled with cheese. This was covered with a healthy serving of Sausage Gravy. On the side I had six slices of bacon. All of this was liberaly dosed with plenty of Hot Sauce.

For me this is a great breakfast. I truly enjoy it. My co-workers on the other hand make sure to stay up wind of it and never attempt to take any.

So what did you have for breakfast?

Granola bars.

Can't really afford bacon and eggs. And I can never be sure of finding the cookware clean in the morning. My roommates aren't big on doing dishes.

I've gotten simply awful about breakfast-- a bowl-sized cup of espresso latte, heavy on the milk.

But if I DO go out for brekky I'd be likely to order myself a cholesterol feast like yours-- only half-sized. I like Eggs benidict, too.

Fried ham and banana pancakes the size of small plates. The bananas needed to be eaten. :) With maple syrup, of course.

Wheatberry toast, a fresh peach and a glass of skim milk

Cream cheese and bacon on a toasted sesame seed bagel, with a smoothie. And coffee. Always coffee

biscuits, sausage and gravy. True southern breakfast. :D

Ramen noodles.

It was a treat that I allowed myself because I was camping (back home now after 3 days and two nights canoeing in the northwoods backcountry).

Ramen a treat?

Yeah, I like those things, but the fat content is abominable! How do they pack all those fat grams into what is hardly more than cardboard? Anyway when I'm out in the woods being very active I allow myself the luxury.  ;)

corncakes. I think they had some buttery spread and low-fat maplely stuff on them but I was half-asleep and I don't really remember.

You know I love you don't you? (I wouldn't use the bisquits they make in work or building blocks.)

I currently have three cases of Ramen Noodles in the back room. Love them even though they have enough salt to cure a couple of hams.

I love you, too.

(I don't make my own biscuits - you can buy frozen ones here that are damn close to homemade)

It's 4 in the morning.

But yesterday I had an all C breakfast.

Coffee
Crispbread
Cottage Cheese
Cornflakes

The test of a true hot sauce man is if you carry your sauce with you...hmmm? So are you a Tobasco or a Pickapeppa man? :)

McDonald's sausage mcmuffin with egg & hazelnut iced coffee

Fruit Cup

Egg White Omelete with Crabmeat

My SO wanted the homefries which I normally don't get, but because I got them I ate some too.

I make my own and do happen to have a bottle of it in my locker in work.

In a 750 mL bottle place:
1 cup Minced Thai Peppers
1 cup minced Scotch Bonnets
1/2 cup minced Onion
1/2 cup minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 Tablepoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Fill bottle with Vinegar and place in Closet.

Shake up every day so nothing settles and sludges.

Serve after several months.

Just verifying. Today's breakfast was, indeed, stale donuts. :)

Buttered thick Italian toast, crisp peppered bacon and green tea! Yum..:cathappy:

Coffee, with as much artificial everything as I can stir in!
