To commemorate Lit Legend (and amateur pyromaniac) Pink's torching of her home's kitchen, what was the last thing you burned in your kitchen?

For me it was 4 strips of bacon, incinerated two weeks ago on an otherwise perfect Sunday morning.

Denny

I wasn't really hungry and there was a TV show I wanted to watch. We made a NO EATING IN LIVING ROOM rule when we moved.
My rules, I can change them if I want to.
Wife found some frozen hotdogs in the freezer. I told her just toss a few in the microwave and put some stuff on the buns. Then deliver them to the living room.
She zapped those wieners five minutes when one minute would have worked.
I wouldn't called them burnt but they looked worse than my penis after a cold work day in January outside in Illinois.

A white sauce for pasta. Didn't whisk/stir enough and burnt.

The bread for a grilled cheese sandwich. I was so disappointed in myself.

It's been so long, I can't remember. I'm an attentive cook in the kitchen.

But on the grill, I had too much heat on the baking steel and totally blackened the bottom of a home made pizza a few weeks ago. It was my first time with the steel plate. The second time, the pizza was very good.

If it is still edible I don't count that. I've had some grilled cheese that was awfully blackened but was still edible.

I was impatient and had the heat up too high. Shame.

I'm sure it was perfect. What did you top it with?

A big fattie.

The sad thing was......I was making Hamburger Helper when I burnt my kitchen. :(

I don't have a kitchen....just a wine cellar....with a stove.

It was simple; red sauce, sausage, mozzarella, mushrooms and fresh tomatoes from the greenhouse.

Rice cake when making rice cake based s'mores in the microwave

The coffee maker. I made a thread about it the other day.

Although I insist the suicidal bastard burned itself. I claim no responsibility.

Not stainless?

How thick?
