I didn't read it in a lot of depth, but the only red light I could see was the underage drinking thing. If it's set in the US that could make her 20 years old, which is way old enough for Lit.

Things do get missed, I've reported a couple of stories before to Laurel that broke the lit rules. With so many stories there are bound to be the odd one that slips in even if it shouldn't.

The words tend to wash over me in straight sex stories... Maybe the computer checker has the same problem?

I think Laurel checks them... but we readers know the rules, and the ones she misses have a pretty good checks and balances - they get reported, just like this one did.
